Advanced level guided Trailrunning
For the tried and true trailheads. These runs are for experienced runners only. For training purposes we like to keep moving and normally don't take alot of breaks. Below is a list of things to consider before joining us on one of these great adventures.
Know your fitness level. No problem running 10 miles. Uphills make us smile.
No issues with running at a varying pace. 10 min./mile average.
Carry your own gear, water, clothing, packs, etc. Have appropriate trail running shoes.
Please be 18 or older. You assume all risk associated with these runs.
