Looking for a lively and simple workout that you can do three times a week, and makes the most out of your time and effort? Then the full-body burst may be the ticket. Please consider: Is training all your bodyparts over a 4–7-day period the only way to get fit? The fact of the matter is, alot of people that go to the gym daily are not always satisfied with the outcome. My approach is a dynamic whole body, fat burning, major muscle building workout that will get you on your way towards a leaner and stronger body.

Each session will cover 3 basic components of training. The warm-up, a stimulus phase, and a cool-down stage. Flexibility will be included as part of warm-up and cool-down. Exercises include, weight training, low-key trailrunning, abdominal work, use of medicine and exercise balls, resistance bands, and various aerobic drills.
