Getting a little tired of the same old paved route you run every day? Is the paint on the wall you stare at in the gym while on the treadmill starting to peel? Break the monotony of your cardio routine and experience the joys of trailrunning. This program is perfect for the novice runner that wants to expand on thier abilities and get in on the latest rage in running.
