  1. Expectations: It took some time to develop the state that you are currently in so be patient with yourself as the transformations are manifesting.

  2. Visualize: See yourself from your end goal and how it would be like to reach your transformation. Pretend in your mind that you are getting compliments and people are high fiving you on how you are looking healthier.

  3. Affirmations: Affirm who you are and what you want to feel, experience, and create the life you desire.
